3. Resource Usage
Users must operate their VPS in a manner that does not negatively impact the performance or stability of TradoxVPS infrastructure or other customers’ services. This includes adhering to allocated CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth limits.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
TradoxVPS reserves the right, without prior notice, to monitor, investigate, and take action against any account or activity that may violate this AUP. This includes:
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Throttling or limiting resource usage
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

6. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Any refunds will be handled according to our
Refund Policy. TradoxVPS reserves the right to pursue legal action against violators if necessary.
