1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible VPS hosting services.

• The refund window begins from the moment the service is activated.
• All refund requests must be submitted through a Billing support ticket before the 7-day period ends.

After 7 days, refunds are no longer available for any reason.

2. Eligible Services

Refunds are only considered if:

• There is a legitimate technical issue that we could not resolve.
• The service has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to decline refunds if the service is working as intended or if our team has resolved the reported issue.

3. Abuse & AUP Violations

Refunds will not be issued if the service is suspended or terminated due to:

• Spam or mass mailing
• Hosting of malicious software
• DDoS attacks or harmful traffic
• CPU, RAM, or network abuse
• Mining or other prohibited workloads
• Any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

Any AUP violation voids your eligibility for a refund.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute will immediately void any refund rights.

• All active services will be suspended when a dispute is filed.
• We provide detailed logs and proof of service delivery to payment processors.
• Accounts that initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned.

If a dispute is withdrawn, service restoration is at our discretion.

5. Service Delivery Confirmation

All VPS services are provisioned automatically. Our system records:

• Activation date and time
• Resource usage and uptime
• Support ticket history

These logs serve as proof of service delivery and are used in dispute resolution.

6. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will:

• Be returned to the original payment method
• Be processed within 3–7 business days

We cannot issue refunds to different payment accounts.

7. Updates to This Policy

TradoxVPS may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continuing to use our services indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
