Refund Policy

At TradoxVPS, we aim to provide high-performance and reliable VPS hosting solutions. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued and the conditions that apply. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

TradoxVPS offers a 7-day refund period for eligible VPS hosting services. The refund window begins from the moment your VPS service is activated.

All refund requests must be submitted through a Billing support ticket before the 7-day period ends. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

2. Eligible Services

Refunds are only considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • There is a legitimate technical issue with the service that could not be resolved by our support team.
  • The service does not violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if the service is working as intended or if our team has resolved the reported issue.

3. Abuse & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Violations

Refunds will not be issued if the service is suspended or terminated due to any of the following:

  • Spam, phishing, or mass mailing
  • Hosting or distributing malicious software
  • DDoS attacks, harmful traffic, or network abuse
  • Excessive CPU, RAM, or network usage beyond allocated limits
  • Cryptocurrency mining or other prohibited workloads
  • Any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

Any AUP violation immediately voids your eligibility for a refund.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal, Stripe, Visa, or any other payment processor will immediately void any refund rights.

  • All active services may be suspended when a dispute is filed.
  • TradoxVPS maintains detailed logs, including service activation, resource usage, uptime, and support history, to provide proof of service delivery.
  • Accounts that initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned.
  • If a dispute is withdrawn, restoration of service is at the discretion of TradoxVPS.

5. Service Delivery Confirmation

All VPS services are provisioned automatically. Our system records the following as proof of service delivery:

  • Service activation date and time
  • Resource usage and uptime
  • Support ticket history

These logs may be used for verification and dispute resolution with payment processors.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Crypto).
  • Refund processing typically occurs within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment account or third-party method.

7. Updates to This Policy

TradoxVPS may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most recent version. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
