1. About TradoxVPS

What is TradoxVPS?

TradoxVPS is a low-latency VPS hosting provider built specifically for traders. We run trading platforms, bots, copiers, and algorithmic strategies on enterprise hardware placed close to the markets — across Chicago, London, Amsterdam, and Dublin — so your strategies stay online and connected around the clock. TradoxVPS is operated by Phantomax LLC.
TradoxVPS is designed for futures, forex, crypto, and prediction-market traders. That includes discretionary traders who need an always-on platform, algorithmic and automated traders running bots or Expert Advisors, copy-trading and multi-account setups, and anyone who needs reliable 24/7 uptime and low-latency connectivity to their broker or exchange.

No. TradoxVPS does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide any financial, investment, or trading advice. We are strictly an infrastructure provider — we give you the server your trading software runs on, and what you do with it is up to you.

 

Common uses include running NinjaTrader, MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, DXtrade, Tradovate, TradeStation, Rithmic, or Interactive Brokers for futures and forex; crypto trading bots and Solana tooling; and prediction-market automation for Polymarket and Kalshi. Because you get full administrator (Windows) or root (Linux) access, you can install most trading software your strategy needs.
Not much. Your VPS is provisioned and ready within minutes, and you connect to it with Remote Desktop (Windows) or SSH (Linux) much like a normal computer. If you get stuck, our support team and helpdesk can walk you through connecting and installing your platform.

2. Locations & Infrastructure

We currently operate four locations — Chicago (US), London (UK), Amsterdam (NL), and Dublin (IE) — with New York and Frankfurt coming soon. Each sits in a market-proximate data center to keep latency to the relevant exchanges and brokers low.

Pick the location closest to the market you trade:

  • Chicago — CME/CBOT futures (NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, and similar).
  • London — forex and FX brokers (Telehouse).
  • Amsterdam — crypto and EU forex (AMS-IX).
  • Dublin — crypto and prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi), and the only location with a Linux option.

Our nodes run on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processors with DDR5 memory and NVMe SSD storage, on redundant tier-1 networking with up to 3 Gbps throughput. Each plan includes its own allocation of vCPU, RAM, and NVMe storage on KVM virtualization, so your VPS runs in an isolated environment. Resources are allocated according to the plan you choose — pick the plan that matches the platforms and strategies you intend to run, and you can upgrade at any time.

3. Latency & Performance

A VPS keeps your platform running 24/7 on infrastructure close to the markets, which reduces network variability and the round-trip distance between your software and your broker or exchange. To be clear, though: a VPS improves availability and network consistency — your actual fill speed and quality still depend on your broker’s routing, the exchange, and your platform.
No — and we deliberately don’t advertise one. Real latency depends on your broker, your endpoint, the network route, and your configuration, so any single number on a marketing page would be misleading. Instead, we give you a Latency Checker so you can measure the real round-trip from each of our locations to your own endpoint before you commit. Measure it yourself — that’s the honest way to compare providers.
Yes. The platform is built for automated strategies, trading bots, Expert Advisors, copy trading, and algorithmic systems that need to run continuously — without depending on your home machine staying on.
Yes, within the resources of your plan. If you run several platforms, many charts, or heavy automation, choose a plan with more vCPU and RAM — or upgrade later as your setup grows.

4. Uptime & Reliability

We engineer for a 99.999% uptime target, backed by redundant power, tier-1 networking, and 24/7 monitoring. Actual uptime can vary with network and infrastructure conditions, so rather than ask you to take our word for it, we publish our real uptime history on the Uptime & Reliability page.
Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 by automated systems that track server availability, network performance, and node health, with alerts that trigger the moment an anomaly is detected.
Yes. Our Uptime & Reliability page shows a per-location status history, so you can see how each location has actually performed over the last 90 days.
Planned maintenance is scheduled during low-impact windows as part of proactive infrastructure management. It’s marked separately from downtime and doesn’t count against the uptime figure.

5. Security & Privacy

Yes. DDoS protection is in place at the network level to mitigate common attack vectors and help keep your VPS reachable during an attack.

No. We do not access your VPS environment unless you explicitly request it for technical support. What you run on your server is private to you.

6. Billing & Payments

No. There are no long-term contracts — service is billed on a recurring basis and you can cancel when you no longer need it.
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund on eligible VPS services. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of activation and must comply with our Refund Policy. Services that breach our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.
Opening a payment dispute (chargeback) voids refund eligibility and may result in suspension of service. If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact our billing team first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute.
Yes. You can upgrade your VPS as your performance needs grow — more vCPU, RAM, or storage — without starting over.
We support a range of major payment methods; you’ll see the options currently available to you at checkout.

7. Setup & Support

Most VPS services are provisioned automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. You’ll receive your connection details and can log in right away.
On Windows Server you connect with Remote Desktop (RDP); on Ubuntu (Dublin) you connect over SSH. You’ll receive the IP address and credentials as soon as your server is ready.
Yes. Use the free Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Mac App Store to connect to a Windows VPS; for a Linux VPS, use your Mac’s built-in Terminal over SSH.
Yes. We can help migrate your setup from another provider, and you can move between our locations or to a new IP if your needs change. Reach out to support and we’ll help plan the move.
Yes. If you start in one location and later want to be closer to a different market, we can move you — just measure the new location with the Latency Checker first to confirm it’s the right fit.
