3. Service Description

We offer three VPS hosting plans optimized for traders, currently hosted in New York and Chicago data centers, with plans to expand locations. Each plan includes varying CPU cores, RAM, and storage capacities as described on our site.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payments are accepted via credit card and PayPal.
• Billing occurs immediately upon signup, then on a monthly or annual recurring cycle based on your chosen plan.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees associated with your selected plan.
• All fees are non-negotiable and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Use Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our or third-party systems.
• Transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
• Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.999% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates as necessary. In case of significant downtime, we will notify users as promptly as reasonably possible.

Either party may terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located within New York, New York.
