Welcome to TradoxVPS.com (“TradoxVPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a trading VPS hosting platform operated by Phantomax LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, virtual private server services, software, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Service” means the virtual private server (VPS) hosting services provided via TradoxVPS.com.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• “Account” means the registered user account created to access the Service.
• “Company” refers to Phantomax LLC, the legal operator of TradoxVPS.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and billing details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your Account.

3. Service Description

TradoxVPS provides high-performance VPS hosting optimized for trading platforms. All servers are currently hosted in Chicago, Illinois (USA).

We offer multiple VPS plans with varying CPU cores, RAM, storage, and network resources. Service specifications are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Important: TradoxVPS is an infrastructure provider only. We do not provide brokerage services, trading advice, financial recommendations, or investment signals.

4. Payment, Billing, and Fees

• Payments may be made via Stripe, PayPal, Visa / credit cards, and supported cryptocurrencies.
• Billing cycles are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring basis.
• Charges occur at the time of signup and renew automatically unless canceled.

By purchasing a Service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis and to collect applicable taxes where required by law.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive activity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Abuse system resources beyond reasonable usage
• Operate illegal trading, gambling, or prohibited financial activities

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your Service immediately if a violation is determined.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

We design our infrastructure for high availability and aim for 99.999% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control.

Uptime is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies. Any uptime commitments are governed solely by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, and trademarks associated with TradoxVPS are owned by Phantomax LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, trading performance, or profitability.

We do not guarantee trading results, execution speed, latency suitability for all strategies, or compatibility with third-party trading platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantomax LLC shall not be liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Suspension

You may cancel your Service at any time through your account portal.

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if your use poses legal, security, or operational risk.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately, and stored data may be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website at least 30 days prior to becoming effective. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, New York.
