These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TradoxVPS Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program via our affiliate portal, you (“Affiliate” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms. TradoxVPS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during enrollment, including full legal name, address, email, and payment details.
- Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs for VPS services is prohibited by law.
- Not have any prior termination from this or any other affiliate program for violations of terms.
Enrollment is at our sole discretion. We may reject or revoke your application at any time without reason or notice.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote TradoxVPS services ethically and in good faith using approved marketing materials provided by us.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in all promotions (e.g., using “#affiliate” or similar disclosure).
- Maintain accurate records of your promotional activities and provide them upon request.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, data privacy, and anti-spam laws.
You must not:
- Make false, misleading, or unverified claims about TradoxVPS services, performance, or earnings.
- Use paid marketing or compensated promotions without prior written approval.
- Use TradoxVPS trademarks, logos, or branding beyond approved affiliate usage.
- Promote TradoxVPS through spam, unsolicited emails, or inappropriate communications.
- Target individuals under 18 or in restricted jurisdictions.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated software to generate referrals or traffic.
3. Referral Links and Tracking
Each affiliate is provided with a unique referral link through our affiliate portal. All referrals must be made using this link for commissions to be tracked and credited. Attempting to manipulate referral links or tracking systems is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the Program.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn 20% lifetime commission for each referred customer while their subscription remains active. Key details:
- Commissions are earned only on valid, paid subscriptions referred via your affiliate link.
- Payments are made monthly via approved methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency) provided you meet the minimum payout threshold.
- TradoxVPS reserves the right to withhold, deduct, or reverse commissions for invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant referrals.
5. Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities is prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program:
- Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or other fraudulent activities.
- Promoting TradoxVPS alongside illegal, unethical, or harmful content.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights or copying marketing materials without permission.
- Attempting to bypass tracking mechanisms or alter referral codes.
- Making unverified claims about financial returns, VPS performance, or regulatory compliance.
6. Termination and Consequences
We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice via email. Violations of these Terms may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account.
- Voiding and forfeiture of all earned or pending commissions.
- Potential legal action if required to protect TradoxVPS or comply with regulations.
You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice. Post-termination obligations, such as confidentiality, remain in effect.
7. Representations and Warranties
By participating, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate and updated promptly when changes occur.
- Your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
- You are not promoting TradoxVPS on behalf of restricted entities or individuals.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless TradoxVPS and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradoxVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all non-public information provided by TradoxVPS confidential, including marketing strategies, commission rates, and user data. This obligation survives termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to class action or jury trial.
11. Updates to Terms
TradoxVPS may update these Affiliate Program Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the affiliate portal and via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
